What is a conversation?
A conversation includes all messages exchanged between a visitor and your AI Agent within a 4-day (96 hours) time window. All messages within that period count as a single conversation.
When are my conversations renewed?
Your conversation limit is renewed every month on your subscription renewal date.
What happens if I reach my conversation limit?
When you reach your limit, your AI Agent will pause until your conversations renew. You can upgrade at any time or purchase a conversations add-on (250 conversations for €25 per month).
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. We do not use cancellation periods. Any changes will take effect on your next renewal date.
Can I add extra AI Agents or users later?
Yes. You can add extra AI Agents or additional users at any time as add-ons.
Do you offer yearly billing with a discount?
Yes. We offer yearly billing, which allows you to save 15% compared to monthly billing.
Do internal tests count as conversations?
Yes. Messages sent while testing your AI Agent also count towards your monthly conversation limit.
